Some people collect watches. I collect microseconds.
I am Àyìnlá. I build trading systems for a living. Thirteen years of software that is not allowed to be slow and not allowed to be wrong. Front office platforms, real time interfaces, systems where a missed millisecond is a missed price. London, mostly. The machines are fussy. I like them that way.
Most of the work runs through Quadlobe, my own shop. The markets side lives at markets.quadlobe.com. And when I am not shipping, the University of Oxford has me for a master's. Even mercenaries sharpen their blades.
The Code Mercenary is where I think out loud. Engineering, mostly. Also fashion, music, and observations from the real world, the small ones that turn out to be about something bigger. The essays are short. Phone length. One idea each.
Find me on LinkedIn, or read the posts and argue with me in your head. Both work.
